Our speaker on May 4 will be Roger Sauterer, Assistant Professor of Biology at Jacksonville State University, who will speak on “A time to die:  The Permian world and the great mass extinction." Hoover Public Library, Children’s Programming Room at 7:30pm. Free and open to the public.

Please note - this is a different meeting room from normal.  Upstairs, not downstairs.  Go in the front door, bear left.  Quickly start looking for stars on the floor, then follow them down the hall to the meeting room.

We will have a small fossil display set up, and some fossil give-aways for the kids.  We will begin setup about 6:15, have the business meeting at 7pm, then the program will begin at 7:30.
