Date:
Monday, November 4, 2024 - 7:00pm to 8:45pm
We will be meeting at the HOMEWOOD LIBRARY this month. This is not our normal meeting location, but the Hoover Library is setting up voting booths for the Nov. 5 elections.
Our speaker for this month is Logan King. His presentation will be "(Mis) Adventures of a Rural Alabamian: Half a Decade of Paleontology." He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at The University of Bristol, UK, and will be sharing his adventures not only in the USA, but in England, China, and other exotic places.
This meeting is free and open to the public.
The program will begin at 7pm, and it will be followed by our business meeting.
Homewood Public Library, Downstairs, Room 110. Parking in rear.
