This is the first draft of a woven textile using the trilobite for a motif. The woven samples have not yet been produced. I just wanted comments on it. I might be able to do something more elaborate when I get the "big" dobby loom set up, which has 40 shafts, giving me more complex design opportunities. This current design is done for 24 shafts.

Interesting marks like these sometimes cover entire boulders in the area, probably attachment marks made by a snail-like creature. Probably recent, but in several million years they will be considered fossils.
